Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking Warehouse Technicians for immediate hire for a CBD company in Colorado Springs. Pay starts at $17/hr. 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with potential for overtime. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
Receiving and Material Handling: Proficient in receiving materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including unloading trucks, performing truck inspections, reviewing material paperwork, sampling materials, and storing them correctly in designated locations.
Pick, Pack, and Ship Operations: Capable of executing pick, pack, and ship functions for customers both domestically and inte
Inventory Management: Skilled in maintaining proper storage of materials within warehouse bins and locations, preparing pallets for shipping, securing shipments, and ensuring all paperwork is precise and up-to-date. Also responsible for confirming inventory through internal audits, updating inventory management software (SOS Inventory), and monitoring inventory usage.
Warehouse Organization: Ability to organize the warehouse effectively, ensuring a consistent flow of materials using FIFO (First In, First Out) method, and maximizing efficiency and space where possible.
Record Keeping and Compliance: Proficient in tracking and recording various warehouse activities such as temperature, cleaning schedules, bin locations, quarantined, and expired materials. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential.
Documentation and Quality Control: Experienced in preparing documentation including batch records, equipment logs, and forms for Quality Control purposes.
Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds at times and complying with all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as facemasks, gowns, hairnets, gloves, and foot covers.
Additional Requirements: Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License, and hold at least a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). The candidate should be an effective communicator, a good listener, and willing to learn and adapt. Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are also crucial attributes for this role.
