Front Range Staffing is seeking an experienced Truck/Fleet Repair Estimator in Northeast Denver. Pay starts between $80,000 -$120,000, depending on experience. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, writing accurate and detailed estimates for truck/large vehicles.
Conduct initial evaluations of collision or refinish jobs, collaborating with technicians and the Operations Manager.
Write professional collision repair estimates utilizing CCC One estimating software. Accurately documents supplemental damage found during the repair process and prepares supplements to insurance carriers, corporate customers, and fleet management companies.
Generate accurate estimates by assessing parts, supplies, and labor costs, and submit estimates and revisions to insurance companies for approval.
General mechanical or bodywork knowledge, capable of identifying repair needs.
Collaborate closely with technicians and Parts Manager to facilitate efficient repair processes.
Generate repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates, striving to meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Manage multiple repairs simultaneously while adhering to state and federal regulations.
Responsible for closing service orders and the collection of Accounts Receivable on all insurance claims, corporate accounts, etc.
Reviews all final invoices, supplements, and vehicles prior to customer contact for delivery.
Understands the basic parameters of insurance programs, fleet management companies, DRP and non-DRP programs, etc.

Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies, providing status updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment.
Comfort and proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High School Education or equivalent experience. College or related courses preferred.
