Front Range Staffing is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator with 2–4 years’ experience supporting logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment. Pay: $20-26hr DOE Schedules: Mon – Fri Days An ideal candidate for this company would bring the following qualifications and strengths:• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, or a degree in a related field • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound freight to support production and customer needs • Manage shipping priorities to ensure deadlines and service expectations are consistently met • Review transportation spend, compare carrier performance, and identify opportunities to reduce costs • Handle warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while following established procedures • Inspect incoming shipments, confirm accuracy, and properly record materials according to quality requirements • Enter and process inventory movements accurately within the company’s inventory/warehouse management system • Maintain an orderly, efficient workspace and assist with routine inventory counts and stock control practices • Monitor shipping supply levels and initiate replenishment requests to maintain adequate materials on hand • Reconcile freight billing, assist with claims when needed, and maintain complete shipment documentation • Track logistics performance metrics and contribute to ongoing improvements in warehouse workflow and layout • Stage and transport materials and ingredients to support manufacturing operations and production schedules • Comfortable working within SOP-driven environments and adhering to documented processes • Strong working knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) • Familiarity with cGMP and cGDP standards and the importance of compliance in daily operations • Excellent communication skills and professionalism when working with internal teams and external partners • Valid driver’s license required Front Range Staffing offers some great benefits, to include:• Health, Dental & Vision • Life Insurance • Disability Insurance • Sick Pay • 401K Option after 6 months • Bereavement Pay • Employee Referral Program If you’re interested in this position, please submit your resume to jobs@frontrangestaffing.com and then call for immediate consideration.
