Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking Production Associates to join our team for immediate placement in Colorado Springs. Pay starts at $16 an hour with the ability for increases up to $18hr. after completion of probationary period.
1st Shift Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly or warehousing environment.
- Conduct visual inspections on finished parts to ensure quality standards of all products.
- Assemble, pack, seal, and prepare pallets of finished parts.
- Complete and maintain records according to production and quality standards.
- Performs routine maintenance; notifying the appropriate personnel of any issues with equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of areas.
- Adherence to established safety and quality standards and protocols in all work activities.
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis and stand for an entire shift.
- This environment varies in temperature, must be able to work in hot or cold working conditions.
- Able to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently.
- This position requires steel toed or composite boots.
- Ability to work over-time as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
