Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking a Mechanical Assembler with experience in mechanical assembly and production. Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM Location: Colorado Springs, CO An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
Assemble products efficiently to maximize production output.
Perform mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools, electronic tools, and pneumatic equipment.
Align and calibrate components using laser alignment tools, dial indicators, and other precision instruments.
Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor immediately.
Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition while following all prescribed safety regulations.
Complete tasks based on manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School diploma required; two years or more related experience and/or training preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Must be able to lift 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
