Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking Mechanical Assemblers for immediate placement. The role entails utilizing hand and power tools to assemble manufactured parts, including laying out, positioning, aligning, and fitting components together. Additionally, you will be responsible for bolting and riveting parts and performing repairs by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling components. Pay starts at $17 -$20 an hour. The hours are typically between 730am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. An ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience:- 1+ years previous experience as a mechanical assembler.
- Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Lay out, position, align, and fit components.
- Assemble parts using bolting and riveting techniques.
- Perform repairs by dismantling and reassembling parts.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Operate tools and machines like clamps and presses.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Understanding of quality control principles.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting.
- Background check and/or passing a drug screen to be considered may be required. Some things are acceptable, just ask.
