Job Description

Front Range Staffing is currently in search of a Mixer/Blender Machine Operator with 1+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment for immediate placement in Colorado Springs. Pay starts at $16.50hr. to $17.85hr.  1st shift hours are from Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential for overtime. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
  • 1 to 3 years preparing raw materials according to batch records, weighing components, samples, batches, and bulk products using scales in a Manufacturing / FDA regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Understanding of metric weights, ratios, and decimals.
  • Capability to troubleshoot issues, make minor adjustments, and promptly notify maintenance of delays or malfunctions.
  • Proficient in documentation, including batch records, equipment logs, and Quality Control forms.
  • Effective listening and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent time management, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • Capacity to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including facemasks, gowns, hairnets, gloves, and foot covers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 
  • Background check and/or passing a drug screen to be considered may be required. Some things are acceptable, just ask.
