Job Description
Front Range Staffing is currently in search of a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing facility for immediate placement in Colorado Springs. Pay ranges from $19.50/hr. to $26.00/hr. 1st shift operates from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential for overtime. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Machine Maintenance, preferably within an FDA regulated Manufacturing and Packaging environment.
Proficiency in repairing and maintaining machines and mechanical equipment.
Understanding of manufacturing, bottling machinery, packaging equipment, motors, conveyor systems, and production machines.
Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and packing line equipment, escalating serious concerns as needed.
Familiarity with metric weights, ratios, and decimals.
Knowledge of improving the performance and operation of bottling machinery during packaging.
Proficiency in completing paperwork accurately, including batch records, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), equipment logs, work orders, and other necessary forms.
Effective communication and listening skills, along with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as facemasks, gowns, hairnets, gloves, and foot covers.
