Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking a Finisher Technician with experience in start-up, troubleshooting, calibration, and production of machinery. Pay: $22hr to 30hr (Depending on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am to 3:45pm. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, CNC systems, routers, mechanics, or PLCs.
Knowledge of Fagor or Fanuc controller operations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure machinery meets operational specifications.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and calibration issues during setup and production.
Proficient in calibrating axes using controllers, lasers, and precision measuring tools.
Experience operating and maintaining shop and diagnostic equipment, including hand/power tools, hoists, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and calibration lasers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; able to train others and professionally engage customers during installations or service visits.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed to meet project or installation deadlines.
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing.
