Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking a with 1 to 3 years’ Encapsulation Machine Operator experience in a for immediate hire in Colorado Springs. Pay ranges between $20hr to $23hr, depending on experience. 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with potential for overtime. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience: - 1-3 years’ experience with encapsulator machines, soft gel, or other dietary supplement manufacturing, bottling machinery, packaging equipment, motors, conveyor systems, and production machines.
- Experience doing breakdown, disassemble, cleaning and reassembling machines.
- Correctly prepare raw materials based on batch records, accurately weigh components, samples, batches, and bulk product using scales.
- Assist in developing, building and testing new products, processes, and procedures.
- An understanding of metric weights, ratios and decimals.
- Complete all paperwork neatly and accurately; including batch records, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), equipment logs, work orders, and other forms as needed.
- Must be an effective listener and communicator, teachable and trainable.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Ability to wear required PPE: facemask, gown, hair net, gloves, foot covers.
