Job Description
Front Range Staffing is currently in search of a Administrative Assistants with 2+ years of experience for immediate placement in Colorado Springs. An ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience: Pay starts at $20hr. The hours are 8am - 430pm, Monday through Friday. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:- 2+ years Administrative Assistant experience.
- Experience working in databases, Data Entry, and type 45 wpm.
- Ensuring program compliance with certificate requirements and training deadlines.
- Experience taking meeting minutes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Background check and/or passing a drug screen to be considered may be required. Some things are acceptable, just ask.
