Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking Commercial Real Estate Property Manager for immediate hire. Pay starts at $22 hr to $25hr. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is located Downtown, Colorado Springs. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience.
- Current State of Colorado Real Estate License, or in the process of obtaining one.
- Familiarity with property management software, Yardi Breeze a plus.
- Experience with managing a multitude commercial tenants, day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal.
- Experience conducting periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep of the property.
- Experience with annual budgets, CAM Reconciliations, reporting and financial performance of the property.
- Analytical skills, strong attention to detail, organized and dependable.
- Above average written and oral communication skills, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain various deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
- Ability to be on call after hours, when needed.
