Commercial Insurance Account Manager Front Range Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager for an independent insurance and financial services company in Colorado Springs. The pay range is between $85,000 to$105,000, depending on experience. This position is open to Hybrid, Remote or a Full time in-office role, person must reside in Colorado Springs. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
10 years of proven success in Commercial Insurance, preferably Construction.
Bond experience preferred.
General Lines Agent Property & Casualty License is required.
Demonstrated ability in managing and nurturing client relationships in a commercial insurance setting.
Proficient in developing comprehensive insurance programs tailored to meet clients' unique needs.
Strong analytical skills to assess and understand clients' risk exposures.
Experience in overseeing the implementation of client policies with attention to detail and accuracy.
In-depth knowledge of various commercial insurance products and coverages.
Expertise in utilizing EPIC (AMS) or a similar AMS system.
Exceptional negotiation skills for securing favorable rate terms and conditions.
Ability to conduct policy reviews and provide insightful recommendations for coverage enhancements.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
A proactive approach to identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Familiarity with industry regulations and a commitment to compliance.
Collaborative mindset for working closely with P&C Sales Producers to achieve collective goals.
