Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Development/Marketing Representative in Colorado Springs with a background in P&C Insurance, Restoration or Construction. Pay starts between $20 to 23hr. depending on experience. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
2 years of sales and marketing support, with restoration or insurance industry experience.
Self-motivated, stellar interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate industry relationships.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Meet or exceed sales quotas and goals by executing the sales cycle and maintaining contact lists.
Represent the company at local functions by engaging in professional associations and seeking out industry related events.
Maintain and expand customer relationships by educating them on services.
Identify top prospects and maintain decision-maker information.
Provide one-on-one meetings to Owners and Insurance Agencies.
Create sales and marketing materials.
Utilize marketing technology software.
Valid Colorado Driver’s License, Insurable to drive company and personal vehicle.
