Front Range Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager in Northeast Denver. Pay starts between $100,000 to $125,000+, depending on experience. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within manufacturing, automotive, or within a large-scale production company focused on growth.
Experience building, managing, motivating cross-functional teams of 60 to 100 employees.
History of rapid growth within an organization and providing input on expansion.
Organizational change management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring organization meets its operational goals.
Experience with production planning, ordering parts, logistics, safety, quality, scheduling, payroll, delivery, workload capacity, and staffing issues.
Experience managing company budgets, financial goals, monitoring costs, vendor negotiations, purchasing and minimizing losses.
Make strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction for all personnel including training, mentoring, coaching, reviews and evaluations.
Ensures proper training for new staff and ongoing training for existing personnel.
Ensure timely coordination with management and staff regarding any delays, unusual circumstances, customer complaints, and their respective resolutions.
Drive key departmental metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and production to ensure budget goals are met or exceeded.
Ensures the success of all operational and maintenance metrics including delivery, productivity improvement, material inventory, and quality improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and hazardous material issues, maintaining a record free of citations.
Colorado Drivers License and clean driving record.
