Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking an Assistant Commercial Real Estate Property Manager for immediate hire. Pay starts at $22 hr. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills andexperience:
1+ years of Property Management experience, preferably in Commercial or Multi Unit.
Ability to obtain a State of Colorado Real Estate License.
Familiarity with property management software, Yardi Breeze a plus.
Experience with managing a multitude commercial tenants, day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal
Experience conducting periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep of the property.
Experience with annual budgets, CAM Reconciliations, reporting and financial performance of the property.
Analytical skills, strong attention to detail, organized and dependable.
Above average written and oral communication skills, problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain various deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
Valid Colorado Driver's License.
Ability to be on call after hours, when needed.
