Front Range Staffing is currently in search of an HR Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of experience for immediate placement in Colorado Springs. Pay starts at $18hr. The hours are 8am - 530pm, Monday through Friday. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
2+ years Administrative Assistant/Receptionist experience.
Experience closing the office and end of day duties.
Preparing meeting and conference rooms, and presentation material.
Company inventory and supply management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Mailchimp experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and to work accurately under pressure.
Handle sensitive/confidential information in a professional manner.
Excellent organizational skills.
