Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with 2+ years experience for a clinical trial company in North Colorado Springs. *MUST be able to start immediately.* Pay starts at $18hr. The hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday with potential for occasional remote work (after training period). An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
2+ years administrative assistant or similar experience
Client and customer interaction.
Answer phones emails and all company inquiries.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Arrange meetings events to take place outside of the workplace
Verifies accuracy of expense reports
Create and compiles invoices and send to customers
Intermediate level experience with MS Excel® and MS Word®
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
