Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking Account Payable Specialist for immediate hire. Pay starts at $23 an hour. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is located in Northwest Colorado Springs. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
2+ years’ experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable and Auditing.
Experience process bills, enter/reconcile credit card charges, bank deposits and payments and routing payments to correct accounts.
Month-end closing process, general ledger and reconciliations.
Compile, submit, maintain expense reports.
Experience preparing for company financial audits.
Experience with Accounting Software, preferably Bill.com, Sage-Intacct, and Expensify.
Analytical skills, strong attention to detail, organized and dependable.
Above average written and oral communication skills, problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain various deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office, Word and Excel required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred, not required). Front Range Staffing offers some great benefits, to include:
