Front Range Staffing is seeking an Accounting Assistant with 2 years’ experience in Colorado Springs for a 6-month project to start immediately. Pay: $17-19 hr.Hours: Monday through Friday 830am to 5pmIn Person/Remote/Hybrid: In Person An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
2+ years of Accounting experience.
2+ years Accounts Payable, including invoice verification, coding, data entry, auditing reports, and check processing.
Process invoices, reports, Cash handling and credit card statements.
Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
Experience balancing general ledgers, and report and resolve discrepancies found.
Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.
Experience with MIP/Abila accounting software preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Accounting Software.
Strong math and typing skills, including 10-key by touch.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
High school diploma required (some college-level coursework preferred)
