Job Description

Front Range Staffing is a Woman owned - Boutique Staffing Agency and Placement Firm that focuses on filling Executive and Management, Finance and Accounting, Pharmaceutical, Medical and Dental, Insurance, Non-Profit, Call Center and Administrative as well as Manufacturing and Hospitality positions for Temporary to Hire, Contract and Direct Hire positions.
We are currently searching for a Staffing Coordinator who is a high-energy social extrovert, entrepreneurial minded, technology savvy, goal and deadline driven to assist the company with filling positions of various industries and positions.
One-year experience in a high-volume recruiting, corporate or agency environment, HR, Call Center Customer Service, or Staffing Sales is required.
Will be required to learn and utilize Internet recruiting techniques, work with resume management and applicant tracking database systems as well as building a pipeline of candidates by online advertising, networking, referrals, cold-calling, social media platforms and attending industry events.
Candidates must be proficient in MS Office 2016, have excellent verbal/written communication skills, excellent time management, demonstrated organizational skills, be self-directed, and have a professional image.
Must have own vehicle with proof of insurance, and a smart phone.

This position pays between $40, 500 to $45, 000 to start.
