We are searching for an outgoing, goal oriented, entrepreneurial minded, high energy Recruiter to assist the Recruiting team with sourcing resumes, screening applicants, schedule in person interviews, resume submittals to Hiring Managers, coordinate candidate/Hiring Manager interviews, reference checking and offer negotiations.
Two years recruitment experience required in a high-volume recruiting, corporate or agency environment, HR, or Staffing Sales required, and or/ a recent College Graduate with a Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, etc.
Experience with Internet recruiting techniques and familiar with working with resume management and applicant tracking database systems as well as experience building a pipeline of leads by online advertising, networking and referrals, cold-calling, social media platforms and industry events is required.
Candidates must have above average experience in all MS Office Programs, excellent verbal/written communication skills in addition to excellent time management and organizational skills, be self-directed, and have a professional image.
Must have own vehicle, smart phone, and be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen.
