Front Range Staffing is a local Woman owned and operated Staffing Agency and Placement Firm that works with companies throughout Colorado' s Front Range. We focus on filling Executive and Management, Finance and Accounting, Pharmaceutical, Medical and Dental, Insurance, Non-Profit, Call Center and Administrative as well as Manufacturing and Hospitality positions for Temporary to Hire, Contract and Direct Hire positions.

We are searching for an experienced high energy Power Recruiter with the following skills and abilities;

Position Responsibilities
Screen, interview and qualify candidates for placement in all job classifications by building a database of qualified candidates from online advertising networking and referrals, cold-calling, social media platforms and industry events.
Source resumes, screen applicants, schedule in person interviews.
Develop and retain strong client relationships to be able to staff positions in according to all company and client standards.
Seek out and develop job postings and creative ways to advertise positions for best candidates.
Write and rewrite job descriptions to entice the best candidates.
Perform reference checks, drug screens, background verification' s and all other on-boarding procedures.
Cold call prospective employees and employers.

Talents Required
Two years or more of high volume recruiting experience in either a corporate or agency environment.
Internet recruiting techniques and familiar with working with resume management and applicant tracking database systems.
Proficient in all MS Office Programs, excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, self-directed and able to work independently and have a professional image.
Ability to be able to learn, implement change often and quickly.
Goal orientated, process driven and ability to constantly meet Recruiting metrics standards.
Ability to stay until the job is done, work weekends and be available for any situations that may arise outside traditional business hours.
Ability to work in a very fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Strong decision maker and a high ethical standard.
Genuine care and respect of all people despite Socioeconomic status, appearance or attitude.
Likeable Sales Personality - You will always be selling someone, either the client or the candidate.
Ability to create your own ladder and be motivated by personal, company and financial successes.
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
