Banquet/Fine Dining Sous Chef

The hours are flexible between 630am to 10pm, with no Holidays are required.
Ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience to be considered:
- Work directly under the Executive Chef helping create and develop food prep schedules and daily production lists, as well as supervising employees Five years of experience cooking or baking from scratch in a commercial or industrial kitchen as a Lead Chef or a Sous Chef.
- Must have experience overseeing and coordinating daily operations, supervising employees in a large kitchen, and creating staff schedules.
- Must have a High school diploma or GED, and ServSafe Certification or the ability to obtain.
- Ability to pass an employment criminal background check and drug screen.
- Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of the organization and a sincere and mature walk with Jesus Christ.
