Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking a Part- Time Accounts Payable Clerk with 2+ years’ experience. Must be able to start ASAP. The hours are typically within Monday through Friday, flexible between 7:30am to 5pm, adding up to 30 hours per week, potentially more hours if needed. Pay starts at $19 an hour.
An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience: • Process invoices, reports and credit card statements. Ensure accuracy to match packaging slips to invoices. • Pays invoices by obtaining payment authorization, scheduling and preparing disbursements, and verifying transaction documentation. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. • Experience balancing general ledgers, and report and resolve discrepancies found. • Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.
