Job Description
Front Range Staffing is seeking a skilled 1st shift Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team for immediate placement in Colorado Springs. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for electronics, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you! Pay starts at $17hr to $20hr. The hours are 1st shift, 730am to 4pm. Monday through Friday. An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:- 1+ years’ electronic assembly experience in a manufacturing environment with soldering techniques, electronic assembly tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to engineering specifications.
- Perform soldering and wiring tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Inspect assembled electronic units to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to optimize assembly processes and meet production goals.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
